What is your Education?
Molly is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. She received her 200-hour Certification in 2012 at the Maui Yoga Shala, located in Paia, Hawaii.
Molly is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Practitioner. To obtain this accreditation, she attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, New York. IIN is a private institution that offers an intensive 1 year full-time program that is based on a university-level curriculum.
Molly has received her Bachelor of Health Arts & Sciences at Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont with a continuing focus in Integrative Health Care, specializing in healing modalities for stress and trauma.
